pic_Assets is a third-generation picture oriented commercial grade asset management solution suitable for individuals, non-profit organizations, and businesses.

This is the English language version designed for devices using the Windows Operating System.  Other versions now are available for Palm and PocketPC devices.  Non-English language versions will be available soon.

NOTE: For managing "for-sale" inventory, our 'pic_Inventory' product is more suitable.

For ease-of-use when selecting assets, items can be browsed by picture while in our new "Picture" Mode, or in a traditional-style "Data" Mode.

Other significant product features include extended asset descriptions, asset serial number capabilities, five user-named data fields, and the automatic computation of management totals.  An included "Catalog" feature is provided to show displays that exclude confidential information.

Navigation between program functions is done by clicking on traditional menu screen buttons, or by using provided "pull-down" mini-menus.  Within a program function, items are selected by using a pull-down selector or by clicking on provided "navigation" mini-buttons.  See our website for more information.See our unique picture technology operate on your own Windows device.  Using special techniques we designed, each image consumes less than 11 KB of storage. This means, for example, that our products can store 250 of YOUR pictures in only 2.5 MB -- even on a synchronizing PDA.

Click on the appropriate "Trial" button to download our free demonstration program in this language.   Select 'Save' then 'Run'.  To start the program click on the "pic_Test" icon that gets installed on your Desktop.
Either our new inexpensive 'pic_Build' product or the Windows version of this product is required to prepare and install the images database onto a synchronizing PDA.  This Windows version product is required to print the optional management reports, and can work in conjunction with, and limit the activities performable on one synchronizing PDA, or it can operate as a complete stand-alone system without any synchronizing PDA.

The Windows version also offers a major additional picture capability. If other high-resolution images of an item are detected, a slideshow of those images can be viewed by clicking a special button.
